  • Eligibility Criteria: You meet the following qualifications:
  • 1. BMI: Has a body mass index (BMI) of 27 or higher, indicating obesity
  • 2. Lifestyle changes: Has not lost at least 5% of their total body weight in three to six months with lifestyle changes alone, such as diet and exercise.
