Eligibility for Semaglutide / Tirzepatide

  • Eligibility Criteria: You meet the following qualifications:
  • 1. BMI: Has a body mass index (BMI) of 27 or higher, indicating obesity
  • 2. Lifestyle changes: Has not lost at least 5% of their total body weight in three to six months with lifestyle changes alone, such as diet and exercise.

  • Ineligible: Semaglutide and Tirzepatide should not be taken and should not be purchased if you currently have any of the following:
  • 1. BMI under 27
  • 2. Eating Disorder
  • 3. Gallbladder Disease
  • 4. Drug or Alcohol Abuse
  • 5. Recent Bariatric Surgery (less than 6mo)
  • 6. Pancreatitis
  • 7. Medullary Thyroid Cancer
  • 8. Currently Pregnant or Breastfeeding
  • 9. Planning to become Pregnant, 10 Diabetic Retinopathy
  • 10. Diabetic Retinopathy
  • 11. Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 2
  • 12. Family History of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma
